Sales Tax: If you reside in the state of California, we add 9.75% sales tax to every order. If you are a California business and have a Resell Permit, please email a copy for our records, and your bill will be adjusted.
Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover. All orders are prepaid unless you have an open account with us.
Prices: Listed prices are actual wholesale prices. Additional discounts available for quantity purchases. Please email your request.
Special Orders: If you do not find your specific item in our website, please contact us for any special order and pricing.
New Accounts: If you order three or more picture frames per week, you qualify to open an account for a smooth transaction. Please contact for more information.
Minimum Order: No minimum orders.
Rush Order: Order will be shipped within three (3) business days of receipt. Rush orders are subject to a twenty five dollars ($25) or 10% of the order total which ever is greater.
Cancelled Orders: Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a 100% refund. All order cancelled after the first 24 hours will be subject to cancellation fee. Please check the shipping and returns page. For cancelling your order or for any concerns, please contact us immediately.
Use of Products: Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Final Sale: All sales of goods and/or services shall be final and payment in full shall be in accordance with all other terms, conditions, and agreements included on this page. No transaction shall be construed to be a consignment of said goods and/or services. The person, company, or legal entity executing the credit application or submitted order is liable for any and all legal fees, services, and/or costs arising out of or associated with judgment rendered on behalf of Blue Dot Wholesale Framing should our company be forced to initiate court action against applicant or purchaser.
